Senior IT Systems Engineer (all genders)

Location Fernitz/Graz, full-time (38,5h/w) – 4-day-week option

We are looking for experienced personalities in the IT environment who not only have an eye on technical implementation, but also want to play an active role in finding solutions together with our customers.

OUR JOB – YOUR PASSION:

• Independent handling and responsibility for customer projects in the area of mobile computing & mobile device management solutions
• Independent implementation of user training and preparation of offers and presentations
• Leading international, cross-departmental project teams
• Active cooperation with customers in the definition and refinement of solution requirements
• Interface between internal departments, customers, system partners and suppliers
• Independent and regular organization and implementation of internal training courses as well as preparation of training materials for sales, customer service, support and hotline, ...
• Planning, coordination and management of resources to ensure successful project implementation
• Technical and commercial project controlling (progress, quality, profitability)
• Troubleshooting, escalation and risk management

IS IT YOU?

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) in the field of computer science
• Sound knowledge and experience in the field of mobile computing & mobile device management
• Routine in dealing with project management methods. Relevant certifications (IPMA, PMI, Scrum) an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment
• High willingness to get to know new areas and technologies
• Goal- and result-oriented approach and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills and strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Business fluent in German and English (further language skills are beneficial)
• International travel required, driving licence class B

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 4,485 gross per month in accordance with the collective agreement for IT. However, we offer an overpayment in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
