Location Fernitz/Graz, full-time (38,5h/w) – 4-day-week option
OUR JOB – YOUR PASSION:
- First point of contact for customers seeking technical support by phone, e-mail or chat (1st/2nd level support - Customer Help Desk)
- Ticket processing and follow-up
- In-depth technical error analysis
- Actively contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions, as well as creating guides and FAQs to assist customers and support staff
- Working closely with team members and supporting each other to share knowledge
- Monitoring the IT infrastructure, especially the network and WLAN solutions, mobile computing & mobile device management solutions, ...
- Carrying out user training and creating technical documentation
- Collaboration in projects
- On-call service
IS IT YOU?
- Completed higher technical education in the field of IT
- Professional experience with network solutions, mobile computing & mobile device management solutions, as well as voice-guided picking solutions, an advantage
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python or JAVA) an advantage
- Eager to learn new areas and technologies
- Goal- and result- oriented way of working and enjoying working in a team
- Very good command of German and English, further language skills are beneficial

For this position the compensation in accordance with the IT collective agreement is at least EUR 3,175. - gross monthly, for young professionals EUR 3,016. - gross monthly. Overpayment is possible.
